Seder 2007 in Budapest

Budapest has a relatively large Jewish population so there are many alternatives for a Seder night. The three main public choices, however, are Chabad and the two Reform-Progressive congregations (Szim Salom and Beth Orim).

Beth Orim will be holding a public seder on the second night (3 April). The seder dinner will take place at the Balint Jewish Community Center (VI. Révay u. 16.) In case you would like to participate, send them an email to info@betorim.hu or call them directly at +36 70 314-8879. Deadline is 27 March. Fee is 3800 HuF.

Szim Salom will be also holding a public Seder on the second night (3 April) – for reservations write to info@szimsalom.hu or call at +36 30 351 7640. Fee is 3500 HuF for members, 4500 Huf for non-members. Location: Nemzeti Szálló, VIII. József körút 4
